The purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, assist and implement a full life enrichment program and volunteer program, as well as maintaining and updating on-campus communication. This role involves collaborating with the resident services director to plan and implement social and recreational programs, ensuring they align with the CL's LifeConnect® philosophy. The coordinator will also support program marketing, update communication platforms like the MyCov Life app, and escort residents on off-campus events. A key part of the role is coordinating the resident and community volunteer program, including recruitment and scheduling. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with other departments for events, updating on-campus communication channels, staying current with trends in recreational programming for older adults, providing new resident orientation, and updating care plans. The role also requires attending care conferences and ensuring Covenant Living standards are met or exceeded.
