About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a bright, dynamic leader with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join their family of talented individuals. The Life Enrichment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, organizing, and coordinating activities throughout the community. This role will also involve driving senior residents to various outings or appointments.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in related field

Responsibilities

  • Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities
  • Driving residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
  • Work enthusiastically to enhance our residents’ quality of life by addressing their social, physical, and mental health
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with transportation requests, including Educational Outings
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with formatting and distributing digital and print calendars
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with facilitation of activities, as aligned with talents and interests
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with digital and print communications and announcements
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with room and event set-up and re-set
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with resident profile, life story, directory record-keeping
  • Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with booking and leading resident-centered activities in Independent, Assisted, Memory Care service levels in coordination with the Assisted Living Director and Director of Memory Care.
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
