Life Enrichment Coordinator
About The Position
The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of programs to provide a vibrant and engaging life for independent and assisted living residents at North Star Retirement Community in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The role determines resident program preferences, talents, and needs through feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families. It plans daily and weekly programs addressing residents' social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs, and assists with programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and understand the benefits of the community.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership experience; senior living experience preferred.
- A love for seniors.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management skills.
- Energetic, engaging, and caring personality.
- Ability to connect with people.
Nice To Haves
- At least 2 years of activity programming experience.
Responsibilities
- Determine residents' program preferences, talents, and needs through resident feedback, new resident orientation, and communication with resident families.

- Assist in planning programs and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefits the community offers.
