About The Position
The Life Enrichment Coordinator creates meaningful experiences that enhance residents’ quality of life. The role leads engaging group activities and builds positive relationships with residents while collaborating with residents, families, and staff. It also involves safely transporting residents to community outings and events. Occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and special-event availability is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to safely transport residents to community outings and events.
- Creative, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Nice To Haves
- Activity certification, Therapeutic Recreation, COTA, nursing, education, or related experience.
- Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, education, hospitality, or customer service.
