About The Position

The Life Enrichment Coordinator creates meaningful experiences that enhance residents' quality of life. The role leads engaging group activities, builds positive relationships with residents, and helps safely transport residents to community outings and events. The coordinator works independently while collaborating with residents, families, and staff, and may work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Creative, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Activity certification, Therapeutic Recreation, COTA, nursing, education, or related experience.
• Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, recreation, education, hospitality, or customer service.
