Life Enrichment Assistant - FT - Days
About The Position
The Life Enrichment Assistant helps develop and carry out the Community’s life enrichment programs in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The role may be directed by the department director or Executive Director to support residents’ interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs. The employee prioritizes residents, values the Community as their home, helps create a homelike environment, and models person-centered care. The position is full-time, day shift, and starts at $15.25 per hour, with additional pay based on experience.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma desired.
- One year of experience in activities programs in a health care setting preferred.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
