About The Position

Life Enrichment Assistants play a key role in enriching our residents to live an active vibrant life! This role involves getting to know residents to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming. The position also includes promoting and communicating community events, facilitating and participating in programming, and assisting residents to and from events. Additionally, the role involves utilizing social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities, occasionally driving a company vehicle to transport residents, and setting up and breaking down events and activities.

Requirements

You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them.
You have a positive attitude and a lot of energy.
You have an active Driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

Get to know the residents of our community so that you can help with the planning and implementation of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that will make residents feel engaged and fulfilled.
Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
Facilitate and participate in programming.
Organize and run events such as games, painting, singing, and music.
Go room to room to get residents and bring them to programming/event areas.
Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase the fun things happening each day!
Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events.
Help set up and break down events and activities, including moving furniture, getting decorations or supplies from storage, and putting up and taking down decorations (which could involve the use of a ladder).
