As a Full-Time Life Enrichment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of residents by planning and leading a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, games, and social events. You will be responsible for assessing residents' interests and needs to create personalized enrichment plans. Day-to-day tasks include setting up activity spaces, assisting residents with participation, and documenting engagement levels for continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with other team members to coordinate special events, fostering a sense of community among residents and their families. Your schedule will vary, including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
