Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated entry level Life Contact Center Representative professional to join our team. This role offers a merit-based work-from-home program, with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after initial in-person training. The position requires providing customer service by answering agent and policyholder telephone inquiries with proper telephone etiquette, and giving accurate and timely responses. It also involves meeting established call center guidelines, working effectively with colleagues and other departments, researching and resolving inquiries, making computer inquiries and entries, maintaining records, and ensuring regular and predictable attendance.
