The Provider Training & Onboarding Manager owns the onboarding experience for new LifeClinic chiropractors and is accountable for the consistency and effectiveness of the new doctor training program. This role facilitates a structured, multi-week immersion program delivered in cohorts of approximately six doctors, with primary ownership of the communication, sales-conversion, expectations, marketing, and clinic-operations curriculum. The Manager coaches new doctors through the scripted patient-conversion system, leads role plays and live recording reviews, and certifies readiness against defined launch standards. This is a teaching and coaching role — not a clinical production seat. Measurement is on cohort outcomes and doctor launch readiness. Chiropractic credentials are preferred but not required. If the hire is a Doctor of Chiropractic, this role will also facilitate examination and rehabilitation segments. If not, this role coordinates with clinical faculty to ensure those segments are delivered on schedule by qualified clinicians.
