Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate training or software implementation training within HR or SaaS
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills across both physical and virtual environments
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong foundational understanding of human resources and payroll operations
- Ability to independently manage curriculum design, content updates, and training delivery across multiple client engagements
Nice To Haves
- Experience training on HCM platforms such as UKG, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, or iSolved
- Familiarity with SCORM standards and instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge of change management or user adoption strategies for enterprise software rollouts
- Experience building role-based training tracks for diverse learner audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Onboarding Project Managers to synchronize training timelines with client implementation plans.
- Design and update curriculum-ranging from instructional guides and video tutorials to interactive webinars and SCORM-compliant e-learning modules.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions for client administrators, both virtually and on-site, tailoring presentations to each client's unique system configuration.
- Translate complex HCM, payroll, and benefits workflows into clear, accessible guidance for learners.
- Analyze user feedback and adoption metrics to refine training methods.
- Deliver targeted instruction on specialized modules like talent acquisition, performance management, and mobile application use.
