Requirements
- High school diploma completed.
- Driver's license B.
- Experience in leading processes and people.
- Experience in customer service/contact.
- Knowledge of specific technical characteristics of cars.
- Intermediate Office Package skills.
- Availability to work in person.
Responsibilities
- Management of car reception and damage verification control.
- Management of car inventory.
- Direction and supervision of the car preparation process.
- Contact and reporting to headquarters for problem resolution.
- Ensure team readiness for technical delivery with explanation of vehicle operating details.
- Analysis and diagnosis of vehicles entering for corrective maintenance.
- Management of suppliers and follow-up of vehicles under maintenance to ensure timely delivery.
- Analysis of vehicle maintenance budgets to ensure prompt service.
- Control of critical and complex maintenance vehicles.
