Requirements
- Completed Higher Education.
- Experience with team leadership, processes, and customer service.
- Valid driver's license, category B, for at least 1 year.
- Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and control of the branch's service activities, aiming to ensure the quality of customer service, branch growth, and profitability.
- Manage the team.
- Plan, direct, and ensure the execution of the district's strategy.
- Ensure the achievement of agency goals and profitability.
- Guarantee the quality and productivity standards of the fleet.
- Uphold the brand and culture, delivering customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for cost management.
