The Licensing Specialist is a hands-on, junior administrative role within the LexisNexis Content Licensing & Planning team. The role plays an important part in keeping day-to-day licensing and planning activities running smoothly, with responsibilities that include reporting, recordkeeping, compliance support, content set-up, and responding to internal questions about licensed content. It offers the opportunity to build experience across a wide range of licensing and operational activities while working with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is well suited to someone who is structured, detail-oriented, comfortable with both technology and people, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Licensing Specialist joins a collaborative, detail-oriented team that works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support content and data licensing across LexisNexis. The team plays an important role in supporting product, commercial, and operational activity by helping ensure licensed content is well governed, well maintained, and ready to support customer workflows and business needs.
