About The Position

The Licensing Specialist will assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system, ensuring application compliance with statutes. This role involves fingerprinting, performing background checks, and keeping applicants updated on their application status. The specialist will also respond to public inquiries, log fees and receipts, prepare board meeting materials and minutes, and attend/assist with board meetings. Additionally, they will be responsible for ordering office supplies.
