About The Position

Responsible for contracting, licensing, and appointing agents to the company so they can solicit business for the L&P Division.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year work experience.
• Mainframe experience.
• Basic Word and Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of State Contract and Licensing Rules.
• Customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to accurately process a high volume of work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit the agent contract file for required forms and documents.
• Prepare the state specific licensing/appointment paperwork.
• Add the agents to the database.
• Maintain records, handle inquiries and conducts research as needed for the agent files.
• Process licensing paperwork to the appropriate states in a timely and accurate manner.
