Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant work experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, including a sense of urgency when responding to requests.
Exceptional customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Solid organizational and attention-to-details skills, with ability to absorb and move on new information quickly.
Strong basic math skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain accurate records of our field staff including on-boarding and off-boarding staff.
Work with District Managers and Agents in hiring staff and ensuring all documentation is collected and accurately completed.
Respond to inquiries concerning licensing and other on-boarding activities via e-mail (with limited phone work as well).
Other duties as assigned.
