About The Position

Play a vital role in supporting our field force by ensuring accurate and timely life insurance and variable annuity licensing. As a Licensing Analyst, you’ll review, process, and maintain licensing documents and records for field representatives, manage license renewals, and oversee termination processing. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure compliance while supporting the success of our representatives across the organization. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of related professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of audiences.
  • Professional phone presence and commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including spreadsheet software and data entry systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Review licensing paperwork for new field representatives, verify requirements have been met and submit applications to appropriate states.
  • Maintain and update procedure manuals for all states.
  • Communicate with state insurance departments.
  • Stay informed of licensing changes in applicable states and inform field representatives.
  • Answer questions from the field regarding licensing matters via written correspondence, telephone, fax or e-mail.
  • Process all monies received for field representative licensing and renewals.
  • Maintain and update computer and manual records, documents and images regarding licensing included field representatives’ licensing database.
  • Process renewals when notified by state insurance departments or by home office records.
  • Terminate field representative licenses as instructed by state insurance departments.
  • Create, update and maintain electronic documents and images.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence for department supervisor and manager.
  • Assist onboarding and financing sections.
