About The Position

Requirements
- Active LVN license in Texas
- 1+ year of LVN experience
Nice To Haves
- Wound care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care according to the patient’s plan of care
- Wound care
- Medication administration
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Communicating with the care team regarding patient needs and progress
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families
