About The Position

As an LVN on our skilled team, you will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the home setting. This role involves travel between patient visits, so reliable transportation is required. LVNs who enjoy independence, hands-on clinical care, and the opportunity to grow their skills will thrive on our skilled team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Active Texas LVN license in good standing
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Wound care experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the home setting.
- Wound care
- Medication administration
- Other skilled nursing services based on patient needs
- Work closely with your patients to help determine visit schedules.
- Travel between patient visits.
