Your responsibilities may include: Wound care Medication administration Other skilled nursing services based on patient needs We value flexibility and patient-centered care , so you’ll work closely with your patients to help determine visit schedules. This role involves travel between patient visits, so reliable transportation is required . LVNs who enjoy independence, hands-on clinical care, and the opportunity to grow their skills will thrive on our skilled team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Active Texas LVN license in good standing
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Wound care experience preferred, but not required
