About The Position
Billet Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a passion for patient care to provide home health services to geriatric patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, collaborating with an RN case manager and the Director of Nursing, and traveling to patient homes. The company emphasizes quality patient care and a personal experience for each patient. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing nurses to build their own caseload and arrange visit times with patients. Visits are typically 45 to 60 minutes long. Billet Health is Joint Commission certified and seeks nurses who are dedicated to going above and beyond in patient care.
Requirements
- Active LPN License in the state of practice
- Valid Driver License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- CPR or BLS Certification
- Valid TB Test (Skin test within the last year or x-ray within the last five years)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Home Health care
- New grads or seasoned nurses welcome
Responsibilities
