About The Position

Silverado is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate clinical care to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines medical skill, empathy, and relationship-building to support residents’ dignity and quality of life in a team-focused environment.

The nurse serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians; provides clinical support and assists with daily living activities; monitors residents’ health and documents care; and helps maintain a safe, respectful, engaging environment. The position is full-time on the AM shift, scheduled Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. The anticipated pay range is $35–$38 USD.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities
