About The Position

Silverado Berkeley is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide clinical care and compassionate support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to help residents live with dignity and joy. The nurse serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians; supports clinical needs and activities of daily living; monitors resident health; maintains care documentation; and helps create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The position is full-time on an AM shift, scheduled four days on and two days off. The anticipated pay range is $40–$44 USD.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to perform an active role involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working around animals and pets.

• Experience in senior care or memory care settings.

Responsibilities
