Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Conroe, Willis & Montgomery
About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes throughout Conroe, Willis, Montgomery, and surrounding communities. The role combines clinical nursing expertise with meaningful patient relationships, helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. LVNs provide individualized nursing services based on each patient’s needs, including assessing conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and communicating changes in condition to support continuity of care. BrightStar Care describes itself as a Joint Commission Accredited organization committed to a high standard of care and to supporting nurses’ growth.
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Active auto insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate compassion, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
