About The Position

AccentCare is hiring a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse for home health care serving Medford and surrounding areas from the Medford Branch Office. This is not a remote or virtual position. The LVN provides nursing visits according to physician-prescribed treatment and maintains accurate, complete medical records. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is estimated at $67,825.71 to $75,361.90 annually for full-time status and is paid on a pay-per-point basis; the offer depends on years of experience.

Requirements

• One year of clinical experience.
• One year of home health experience.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the agency operates.
• Possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Be a licensed driver able to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing visits according to treatment prescribed by the physician.
• Provide and maintain paperwork to ensure accurate and complete medical records.
• Travel to business locations.
