About The Position
Seaport Scripps Home Health is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and self-driven Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver home health services in North Inland San Diego County. The role provides direct patient care and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers, using critical thinking to assess patient needs and deliver appropriate care. The LVN communicates with patients and their loved ones and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support high-quality outcomes. Requirements
- Active California LVN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience; home health experience is preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
