About The Position

Rosewood in Bakersfield, California, is hiring on-call Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for its Skilled Nursing team. LVNs are responsible for residents’ nursing needs while incorporating HumanGood’s Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. They help ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, support residents’ daily life rhythms, develop assignments in coordination with care partners, and help keep team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

This is an on-call position with day, evening, and night shifts. The listed pay range is $31–$36 per hour, depending on experience. Benefit eligibility depends on employment status and regularly scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the state where applying.
• Current CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or sub-acute care; preferred but not required.
