About The Position
PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide appropriate nursing care on a nursing unit as directed by an RN. The role includes gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age- and population-appropriate manner, consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. The nurse also performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The position is listed as full-time days at Corpus Christi Rehab. Requirements
- Hold current LPN/LVN licensure in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
- Hold current BLS certification; certification must be AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
- Obtain current IV certification within 90 days of employment if required by state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
