About The Position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) provides appropriate nursing care on a nursing unit as directed by an RN. The role includes gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age- and population-appropriate manner consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. The nurse also performs other related duties as assigned or requested. PAM Health provides specialty healthcare services through more than 80 locations, wound clinics, and outpatient physical therapy locations in 17 states. Requirements

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
Current BLS certification; AHA-approved BLS certification is required within 90 days of employment.
Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.

Nice To Haves

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
