About The Position

This role involves delivering compassionate patient care by performing assessments and clinical treatments under the guidance of RNs and physicians. The LVN will manage medication administration, monitor patient responses, and provide education to patients and families. They will also execute diagnostic and therapeutic services, including laboratory tests, and contribute to comprehensive care plans with high-quality documentation.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program permit (GVN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
