About The Position
The Center at Grande is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents. The role is located in Tyler, Texas, and has a full-time day schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The position offers a salary of $28.00 per hour, plus a $3.25-per-hour weekend differential, and overtime opportunities. The LVN works collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Commitment to upholding professional and ethical nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and document patient status and treatments.
- Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
