About The Position

This position oversees all aspects of nursing care provided to AltaMed PACE clinic patients and works with internal and external departments to achieve clinic objectives. The role supervises and coordinates front-office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff, ensures efficient clinic operations, and monitors, coaches, trains, reports, plans, and budgets as assigned.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by the State of California.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid BLS certification or higher, following American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience with the geriatric population.
• Prior experience with an Electronic Health/Medical system (EHR/EMR).
