About The Position

MGA Homecare is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide skilled, one-on-one care to medically complex patients in their homes during daytime hours. The nurse will deliver personalized care according to each patient’s plan of care, build relationships with patients and families, and use clinical judgment to support patient health and safety. Each case is supported by a Nurse Case Manager and Client Service Manager, with access to clinical guidance and resources. MGA offers hands-on training, clinical development, mentorship, and potential leadership opportunities. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

Current, active Registered Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
Comfortable providing care during daytime hours.

Nice To Haves

Home health or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply in select markets.

Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized plan of care.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
Educate and support patients and family caregivers.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, supervisors, and care team members.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of every patient.
Provide attentive care and respond appropriately to patient needs throughout the shift.
