About The Position
Central Coast Home Health is a growing, locally owned organization seeking full-time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join their team. The role involves providing home health services in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, specifically in the San Luis Obispo, Northern San Luis Obispo, and Santa Maria areas. The position offers competitive per-visit pay, a flexible, self-managed schedule, and AI-driven tools to streamline documentation. The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday, with a rotation for weekend work every four weeks.
Requirements
- Current California LVN license
- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
- Reliable vehicle to drive for work
- Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
- Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
- Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience is a plus
