About The Position
Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time LVN to join our team for the San Luis Obispo area.
Requirements
- Current California LVN license
- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
- Reliable vehicle to drive for work
- Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
- Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
- Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Home Health experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide home health nursing care to patients in the San Luis Obispo area.
- Perform routine visits and additional work hours as needed.
- Maintain a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
- Ensure a clean driving record and maintain auto insurance coverage.
- Obtain and maintain current approved healthcare provider CPR Certification.
