About The Position
Destination Pet is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) with a focus on ultrasound to join their team at Town & Country Veterinary Hospital in San Antonio, TX. This role encourages technicians to work at the top of their license and lead diagnostic imaging services using advanced ultrasonography equipment. Requirements
- Must hold a valid Texas Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) state license.
- Experience or desire to grow skills in sonography.
- Credentialed technician with clinical expertise.

- Experience with advanced diagnostics, including ultrasonography and digital radiography.
- Experience with in-house lab analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead diagnostic imaging services utilizing in-house ultrasonography equipment.
- Perform high-quality abdominal and thoracic ultrasound scans.
- Perform high-quality digital radiography.
- Perform in-house lab analysis.
- Serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset.
- Work at the top of your license, following AAHA utilization guidance.
