About The Position

Poulsbo Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry. We are seeking a versatile, client-focused technician who thrives in a dynamic general practice environment - balancing exam room care, client communication, and hands-on procedural support. We value licensed technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital, helping elevate the quality of medicine, client experience, and patient care. In this position, you will play a key role in both outpatient and procedural workflows, contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout the patient visit. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy variety in their day, are confident moving between exam room and procedure support, and want to fully utilize their clinical knowledge, technical skillset, and client communication abilities in a collaborative general practice environment. Poulsbo Animal Clinic is an AAHA-accredited, 3-doctor small animal practice operating in a modern, spacious facility with designated feline-friendly areas to reduce stress for our cat patients. As a fast-paced clinic that regularly handles urgent care cases and performs a variety of orthopedic surgeries, we offer a dynamic environment supported by comprehensive in-house services, including a full pharmacy, laboratory, surgery suite, and dental suite. Our dedicated team works closely with every client to ensure each pet receives the personalized, attentive care they deserve. By combining advanced medical practices with compassionate collaboration, we strive to deliver exceptional care and support through every stage of our patients’ lives.
