Requirements
- Certified, Registered, or Licensed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT)
- Emergency specialty experience required
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment
Responsibilities
- Credentialed veterinary technician with strong technical skills (to include placing IV catheters, venipuncture, administering premedication, anesthesia induction & monitoring, patient preparation, surgical nursing, and perioperative nursing care, radiographs, etc.)
- You can easily adapt to the different needs of each patient and are able to remain composed during stressful and emotional situations.
- You are looking for a career and are passionate about learning and growing in the industry and caring for animals.
- Assist veterinarians in advanced anesthetic procedures, including pre- medication, intubation, surgical prep, and monitoring.
- Perform diagnostic sample collection, imaging, and lab submissions.
