About The Position

Therapy Center Houston is a therapist-owned group practice providing evidence-based mental health care to adults, couples, and families. The practice handles marketing, billing, scheduling, and intake so clinicians can focus on clients. Clinicians receive steady referrals and are expected to book weekly client sessions. The role requires working with Therapy Center Houston as the clinician’s only private practice during employment; community agency work is welcome. The practice is open Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Clinicians must be available at least two evenings per week or for some Saturday hours. Compensation is $50–$110 per hour, depending on licensure and experience; full-time clinicians earn $110,000 or more. The practice offers benefits and professional support, including free clinical supervision for associates.

Requirements

Active Texas license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist, or an associate license as an LPC-A, LMSW, or LMFT-A with at least 1,500 hours completed.
Experience or strong interest in working with adults and/or couples.
Collaborative, growth-minded, and eager to learn with a team.
Available at least two evenings per week or for some Saturday hours.
Work with Therapy Center Houston as the only private practice during employment; community agency work is welcome.

Nice To Haves

Training in IFS, EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT skills, Gottman, EFT, somatic approaches, or similar evidence-based approaches.
