About The Position
Cortica is seeking a passionate Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join their Counseling Program. This part-time, 100% remote role involves supporting children, couples, and families, with a specialization in pediatric neurodevelopmental disorders. The therapist will assist families in understanding diagnoses, building home supports, advocating for their child, and navigating emotional challenges. Additionally, the role focuses on helping children build relationships, adapt to change, develop self-advocacy skills, and strengthen their emotional well-being. Cortica offers a transdisciplinary collaborative environment with experts in neurology, speech therapy, and behavioral health, allowing for specialization in neurobehavioral strategies and evidence-based therapy. The position provides streamlined workflows with administrative support and flexible non-direct care time, fostering a supportive culture that values innovation, learning, and work-life balance.
Requirements
- A licensed LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts (or willing to get licensed before starting).
- Passionate about mental health, neurodiversity, and family support.
- A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
- Use therapeutic approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
