About The Position

This is a part-time, 100% remote position for a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in Massachusetts. The role involves supporting children, couples, and families through life's challenges, with a specialization in pediatric neurodevelopmental disorders. The therapist will help families understand diagnoses, build home supports, advocate for their child, and navigate emotional challenges. Additionally, the therapist will assist children in building relationships, adapting to change, developing self-advocacy skills, and strengthening their emotional well-being.

Requirements

Licensed LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in Massachusetts (or willing to get licensed before starting).
Passionate about mental health, neurodiversity, and family support.
A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual counseling for children, parents, and families.
Use therapeutic approaches like CBT, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Apply neurobehavioral strategies to help families thrive.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure wraparound care.
