We're launching a clinical research initiative to study how Ash paired with real therapy supports patient outcomes, and we're looking for licensed therapists who want to help shape how the product is tested and built.
Requirements
- Full independent licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent master's-level credential)
- Active liability insurance
- Currently in private practice
- Availability to commit to weekly sessions for 4-week patient engagements
- Ability to see a referred patient within one week of referral
- HIPAA-compliant telehealth setup (Zoom or equivalent)
- Comfortable using transcription-enabled EHR (SimplePractice preferred)
- Currently residing in the US

Responsibilities
- See net-new patients referred directly through the Ash app — no cold outreach required
- Conduct four 50-minute weekly telehealth sessions per patient, with the goal of seeing each patient within one week of referral
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant session transcriptions and share them with the Slingshot team
- Participate in a research study examining how Ash works with therapy
