About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Licensed Therapist at The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center (H.J.T.C.) in Harrisburg, Arkansas. The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center is dedicated to providing at-risk young females with a comprehensive, trauma-responsive program that fosters both personal and academic growth. Requirements

Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT
Master’s Degree in a relevant field
At least 21 years of age
Able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Provides individual, family, and group therapy.
Oversees the completion of treatment for students under their care.
Conducts clinical assessments.
Develops service plans.
Provides counseling.
Performs case management.
Maintains record keeping.
Coordinates services with the multi-disciplinary team.
Documents and assesses the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting treatment plan objectives and goals.
Provides crisis intervention, as necessary.
Completes monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within their care.
