About The Position

Baptist Health Medical Group is hiring a Licensed Therapist for its Virtual Care Clinic. This is a work-from-home position. The therapist provides clinical services, including psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies, in accordance with established standards of care and practice. The therapist develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families and reassesses those plans as appropriate.

If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, the therapist may provide initial patient assessments. The role also participates in performance improvement activities and helps interpret performance improvement data. Qualified therapists may provide clinical supervision. The therapist is expected to participate in consultation, maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality, and adhere to ethical conduct.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or counseling.
• Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical counselor (LPCC).
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering counseling services.
• Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Nice To Haves

• Dual licensure in Indiana and Kentucky is preferred but not required.
• Supervision training is required to provide clinical supervision in the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies according to established standards of care and practice.

• Participate in performance improvement activities and assist with interpretation of performance improvement data.

• Participate in consultation, maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality, and adhere to ethical conduct.
