About The Position

Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPCC) in Georgetown, Kentucky. The therapist provides clinical services, including psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapy, in accordance with established standards of care and practice. The therapist develops treatment plans with patient and family participation and reassesses those plans as appropriate. Therapists assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health who are independently privileged may conduct initial patient assessments. The role also participates in performance improvement activities and helps interpret performance improvement data. Clinical supervision may be provided if qualified. The therapist participates in consultation, maintains professional boundaries and confidentiality, and adheres to ethical conduct. The therapist sees patients of various ages through telehealth and in-person visits.

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
Licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or a current LPCC license.
Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering counseling services.
Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

Responsibilities
