About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Licensed Therapist for our South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, FL. The South Florida Youth Academy comprises multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related human services.
• Four years of related experience in residential group living and clinical experience.
• Must be a licensed therapist in Florida: LMHC, LCSW. LMFT. (Licensed Roles)
• Must be able to pass a background check, physical, drug test, and TB.

Responsibilities

• Administering, developing, and facilitating case plans and prescriptive treatment programs that meet each student's needs and align with the placing agency's requests.
• Serving as the primary service provider for individual, group, family, and case management services.
• Reporting directly to the Clinical Director.
• Assisting with the supervision of the group living staff.
