Our firm is thriving and we seek a highly motivated Audit Manager for either our Coral Gables or Ft. Lauderdale practice. This is a hybrid role. This highly visible position offers excellent training, development, and professional growth. You will have lots of contact with outstanding clients in a variety of commercial industries. Exceptional client relations skills are a must. Business development skills are a plus. Limited travel in this region should be expected. Requirements
- Passion for superior client service, uncompromising integrity, excellent project management abilities, and leadership skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop A&A associates.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- CPA certified and have an active CPA license.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- No work sponsorship will be provided.
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree preferred.
- Business development skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from start to finish.
- Lead and develop Audit and Assurance associates.
- Provide assurance, advisory, and tax services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Engage in business development activities.
