Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline
  • Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Strong technology skills and ability to learn systems including Zoom, Google Workspace, EHR platforms, and collaboration tools
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 25–36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth.
  • Conduct clinical intakes and assessments.
  • Develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth.
  • Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in our EHR.
  • Provide family education and care coordination.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with children, adolescents, and their families.
