About The Position

Centerstone is a nonprofit behavioral health system providing services in a variety of settings. The Licensed Therapist provides clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best-practice interventions, including evaluation and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the therapist’s service area. The role works with clinical teams and community referral sources, maintains timely and accurate clinical records, and contributes to quality clinical practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA certification.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.
• Effectively communicate in written, verbal, in-person, and virtual formats.
• Provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services.
• Knowledge and utilization of evidence-based interventions.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years’ experience in a behavioral health environment is preferred.
• Experience in evidence-based and best-practice interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties, as approved by the client.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
• Maintain effective relationships with community referral sources.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Complete all assessments, including ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments, on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
• Provide evaluation and individual, group, family, or couples psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children in the service area.
